Smart Guard allows us to strengthen access control and ensure the correct use of day and season passes, contributing to a more equitable environment for all users and better management of access to the slopes.
How Smart Guard Works
Smart Guard is an artificial intelligence-based system that performs photographic control at the moment of access to the lifts. The technology compares images from different access points to detect possible misuse of the ski pass.
This analysis is carried out taking into account visual patterns such as colors and shapes, without using biometric data, and always under a responsible and respectful approach. The technology serves as support to identify possible incidents, which are then reviewed by authorized personnel.
Technology with human supervision
Although Smart Guard uses artificial intelligence to detect possible irregularities, the final decision is always made by a human. Specialized staff review each case to ensure transparent, objective, and fair management.
