WHO WE ARE

Grandvalira Resorts, the leading group in snow and mountain tourism and the largest in the Pyrenees and southern Europe.

A versatile universe of experiences

The union of all the ski resorts in Andorra - Ordino Arcalís, Pal Arinsal, and Grandvalira - creates a versatile and complete universe of experiences, where you can fully enjoy snow sports in Andorra and easily take in the privileged natural surroundings every day of the year with a single ski pass. At Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, you’ll have the longest ski season in the Pyrenees and a summer full of activities, sport, and nature.

Our privileged location in the Principality of Andorra and our track record in tourism guarantee a varied offering of culture, gastronomy, accommodation, and leisure that makes us one of the world leaders in mountain experiences. Andorra and its natural heritage always have something new to discover and offer the perfect setting to invite visitors to intensely experience the magic of our mountains.

Our journey began in 1956 with the installation of the first lift. Since then, our snow-covered mountains with breathtaking views, a total of 308 km of slopes, mild temperatures, and plenty of sunny days throughout the winter are the reasons why thousands of people choose to visit Andorra.

Today, we can be proud of the modernity of our resorts’ facilities: Ordino Arcalís, Pal Arinsal, and Grandvalira guarantee snow on more than 66% of the skiable area, excellent ski and snowboard schools, a wide range of activities and services tailored to the needs of all clients, as well as an innovative and varied gastronomic offer.

Snow and mountain tourism

Grandvalira Resorts Andorra is the leading snow and mountain tourism group in the Pyrenees and southern Europe, managing all the ski resorts in Andorra: Ordino Arcalís, Pal Arinsal, and Grandvalira. Nearly 2.5 million ski days sold per season place us in the top 5 of the sales ranking in the world of snow.

The motivation of Grandvalira Resorts Andorra is born from the constant pursuit of making the mountains of Andorra a natural space full of experiences, offering the best snow quality and the highest number of sunny days during winter, and a space brimming with activities and sports during the summer. We believe in our natural heritage as the source of a prosperous business that invites people to discover new challenges, live new adventures, and create new memories.

The history of Grandvalira Resorts Andorra cannot be written without the Grandvalira ski area, founded in 2003 with the commercial merger of two of the most iconic resorts in the Pyrenees: Pas de la Casa - Grau Roig (founded in 1956) and Soldeu - El Tarter (founded in 1964).

Since then, the trajectory of Grandvalira, an international benchmark positioned among the world’s most celebrated resorts, is a guarantee of quality, reliability, trust, and safety from a group like Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, which was officially born in 2018 with the integration of Ordino Arcalís. From the 2022-23 season onwards, the inclusion of Pal Arinsal has made it a reality for all the country’s ski resorts to come together.

At that moment, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra ceases to be just a union of ski resorts to become a national project with the goal of further strengthening Andorra’s presence in the world of snow.
