My GrandSki is the digital platform where you can manage all your bookings for ski passes, accommodation, and activities in Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís. A unique and secure space that centralizes your experience at our resorts.

With your account, you will enjoy centralized access to all our online services:

• Online purchase of ski passes, ski lessons, adventure activities, menus, and much more.
• Receive and check booking and payment confirmations.
• All the features of the App Grandvalira Resorts: track recording, challenges, promotions, statistics, rankings, and geo-photos.
• Direct connection to the station Wi-Fi.
• Subscription to our newsletter: set your preferences to receive information tailored to you.
• View and update your contact details.

Creating an account is easy and fast: you just need to fill in your personal information and your email address through the registration form available on any of our online channels. If you have already registered on any of our official booking websites, for the online newsletter subscription, the Grandvalira Resorts app or even by signing up for the station’s Wi-Fi connection, you may already have an account.

Your email address is the information that identifies your personal profile. To ensure your security, you will need to verify it and, whenever you carry out any procedure, it is important that you use the same address. This way, we can recognize your user and help you resolve any issues during your stay.

Registration in My GrandSki is personal and non-transferable. We recommend not sharing it, as it gives access to your personal data and all your commercial transactions.

• If during this season, or in previous ones, you have purchased a season pass Andorra Pass, season pass Nord Pass or Forfet Plus+, you already have a My GrandSki account.
• If at any time you have made an online purchase of a day pass, accommodation, or activities on our resorts’ websites.
• If you have subscribed to our newsletter.
• If you have registered in the Grandvalira Resorts App.
• If you have signed up for the resort’s Wi-Fi connection.
