PURPOSE

We collect and process your personal data to manage your application for a specific recruitment process or your registration in our talent pool, as applicable, as well as to assess your application for current and future recruitment processes that may match your professional profile.

If you are not selected for a specific vacancy, we may retain your personal data for future recruitment processes, provided that you have given your consent.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Grandvalira Resorts may use technological tools incorporating artificial intelligence functionalities to support the management of recruitment processes. Under no circumstances will hiring decisions be based solely on automated processing or artificial intelligence systems without the intervention and assessment of authorised personnel.

LEGAL BASIS

The processing of your personal data is based on the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR/LQPD) in relation to the recruitment processes in which you participate and, where applicable, on your consent to retain your personal data and consider your application for future vacancies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR/LQPD).

RECIPIENTS

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or where companies within the Group or service providers acting as data processors are involved.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process relating to the relevant vacancy.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your personal data for a maximum period of twelve (12) months for future recruitment processes, provided that you have given your consent. Once this period has expired, or if you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be deleted unless it must be retained for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If you are selected, your personal data will become part of your employee file.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as any other rights recognised under the applicable legislation, under the terms explained in the additional data protection information.
